This week’sWednesday is our last delivery of the regular delivery season. We Will be stopping at ALL locations for our last week. Get stocked up on potatoes and onions and other items with a good shelf lie!

This week’s CSA share Will likely include:
tomatoes
potatoes
cucumbers and/or squash
onions
sweet corn
a sweet pepper and/or eggplant
green been or okra

Please have orders in by noon on Tuesday.

Sweet Corn and Tomatoes!

Only this week and next to stock up on corn and tomatoes! That will be the end our regular season. This is a B-week with delivery to JCT. We will be stopping by both JCT and Spirit Event Center next week. We will be gone to camp meeting the week after that and then will assess what we have left to sell.

Tomatoes
Sweet corn
Okra
Squash/cucumbers
Potatoes/onions
(And cantaloupe/ honey dew for JCT)

We are picking ALOT of tomatoes this week! Also picking a bit more sweet corn. These will be larger ears than the first that we picked.

This week’s CSA share will likely have:

2 lbs tomatoes
4 ears of corn
2 lbs of potatoes
1 lb of green beans (or eggplant)
Cabbage (or cucumbers)
onions
Basil

This is an A-week with delivery to Brookside, South Tulsa, Beggs, and Okmulgee. Please have orders in by noon on Tuesday.

We are picking alot of tomatoes right now! No corn this week. The coons ate up the last of the small early variety. Our larger plantings are not yet ripe. It will be another week or so before we have any more to pick.

This week’s CSA share will likely include:

cabbage
green beans
leeks
2 lbs of squash/cucumbers
1.5 lbs of tomatoes
1.5 lbs of new potatoes

This is a B-week delivery to Brookside, JCT, Beggs, and Okmulgee. Please have orders in by tonight if possible. Noon on Tuesday at the latest.

Sweet Corn and Tomatoes!

Summer is here! We are going to start harvesting our first early sweet corn patch this week! The early variety makes smaller ears than our main season crop, but it is still tasty! And tomato production is starting to pick up!

This week’s CSA shares will likely include:

Beets and carrots
Squash and cucumbers
Peppers, Eggplant, or green beans
Celery
4 ears of sweet corn
1 lb of tomatoes
1 small to medium garlic

This is an A-week delivery to Brookside, Spirit Event Center, Beggs, and Okmulgee. Please have orders in as early as possible on Tuesday, but by noon at the latest.

Rain Check

Hello Friends,

For those of you planning on coming out to the farm tour and lawn party this evening, it is looking like quite the rainy day. If it were only a passing shower this morning and we thought we could count on a dry evening, we would go ahead as scheduled. As it stands, we are postponing until next Sunday evening.

We know that this is Father’s Day. You are welcome to bring your dad! We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please let us know again, if you are planning on coming next week. Just hit repy to this email and give us the number of persons.

Ordering open

Hello folks, I wrote an email first thing this morning and had thought I sent it out. I see no record or even a draft of it now… I will reproduce the highlights.

Asparagus and strawberries are finished, but we are picking squash and cukes and are starting to dig new potatoes. Also the first tomatoes are ripening!

This is a B-week with delivery to JCT, Brookside, Beggs, and Okmulgee. Please have orders in by tonight if possible, but we will take them Tuesday morning as well.

This week’s CSA share will likely include:

Napa cabbage (unless you request regular)
Broccoli, unless you request celery
New potatoes
A mix of squash, zucchini, and cucumbers
A few carrots and beets
One fesh bulb onion

Praising God for rain

Today we remembered those who have served our country. We also spent the weekend on break after a good asparagus season. We finished picking on Friday and then spent Sunday and Monday on a family canoe outing. We just got home this evening. We were please to find that it rained an inch while we were gone!!

I just looked over the garden tonight and am doing a late posting here. We still have some strawberries and asparagus available this week. Also, we are getting more squash and have a few cucumbers. We plan to start posting tomatoes next week! Also, I will check the field for new potatoes tomorrow. I am thinking that if we don’t dig any this week, that we for sure will next week.

This week’s CSA shares will likely include:

Broccoli
Rainbow chard
an herb (cilantro, basil, parsley, or dill as you please ,as available. I will harvest more basil and cilantro than dill and parsley).
Summer squash
A few early pulled bulb sweet onions
beets and carrots

This is an A-week delivery to Brookside, South Tulsa, Beggs, and Okmulgee. We are at Brookside from 7:30-11:00am and at the Spirit Event Center from 12:00-12:30.

Please have orders in by noon, but the sooner the better.

Hello friends,

Ordering is open for this Wednesday’s B-week delivery. We will be delivering to Brookside market from 7:30-11:00 and to JCT around noon. Beggs/Okmulgee delivery as usual.

Farm dinner update! We misspoke on the farm dinner date. It is Sunday June 8th!

We are offering the first bit of summer squash on the market this week. Also this week and next week will be the last two weeks to get asparagus. We will probably finish picking on Friday.

This weeks CSA share will likely include:

Bok Choi
Kholrabi
Lettuce

Hello Friends,

Sorry for the late posting. We will leave orders open until noon on Tuesday. But don’t expect the first carrots of the season and the first open market strawberries to stay in stock very long!

This is an A-week delivery with delivery to South Tulsa. Brookside Market is now in session, so we will be in the Whole Foods parking lot from 7:30-11:00am and then to the Spirit Event center from 12:00-12:30. This is earlier than we had originally planned on, but the market times have changed this season. For those meeting us in South Tulsa, please email and confirm if this will work for you. If not, please let us know as well, and we will make arrangements.
